gsyrocks is a bouldering logbook web application that allows users to track their climbing ascents, discover new climbs on a map, contribute climb information, and view climbing leaderboards.

You retain full ownership of all images and content you upload to gsyrocks. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to share and license these images as described below.
You grant gsyrocks (GSYROCKS LTD) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, and showcase your images in connection with the service, including on the public map, in other users' logbooks, and across the platform.
You may request removal of your images from gsyrocks at any time.
You are responsible for contacting third-party platforms directly if you have shared content from gsyrocks to those platforms.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must have the right to share it.
Leaderboards display user statistics based on logged climbs. We calculate rankings based on the data provided by users. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or reset any leaderboard data that appears to be inaccurate or fraudulent.
All content and materials on gsyrocks, including but not limited to logos, graphics, code, and design, are the property of gsyrocks or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
gsyrocks is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Climbing is inherently dangerous.
Route information on gsyrocks may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You are responsible for assessing conditions, verifying anchors and equipment, and prioritizing your own safety. We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while using climb information from our service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, gsyrocks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Guernsey and the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of gsyrocks shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guernsey.
If you are located outside Guernsey, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration institution, or if no agreement is reached, in Guernsey under applicable law.
Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to seek injunctive relief in any competent court to prevent irreparable harm.
